Major Problem!

I ordered vBSEO last Friday. When I ordered, it said delivery times can vary, but it should be no more than 6 hours. Five days and several support emails later, I still have not received the code. I can't even get a response from the support emails - and the phone numbers listed have been disconnected... HELP!!!

However, your instructions need to change. I was told I'd get an email with everything within 6 hours. How was I supposed to know what to do? The support phone numbers do not work so they should be removed - and apparently nobody responds to support emails.

I paid for something Friday that I could have gotten Friday. Now, I'm 5 days behind.

I'm not trying to be difficult, but that's bad business.

You may want to check your spam folders, look for an email with the subject: "Your vBSEO Order" followed by a Paypal reference number.

It was sent: 2009-08-14 19:10

All I received was an email titled:
Your payment to Crawlability, Inc.

nothing in spam...

That one was likely from Paypal, ours would have come very close to that one.

Try a search for "Your vBSEO Order" in All Mail. It really should be there.

It's not. I provided you guys two email addresses. I've checked spam folders on both - and I never received it. Even if I had received it, there shouldn't be two sets of directions - and the support phone should work and support emails should be responded it. It's been five days.

All e-mails send to our support e-mail adress support at vbseo.com are monitored by our ticket system and each send e-mail creates a new ticket. I checked your account and couldn't find any ticket. Which e-mail adress did you try to contact us with ?

i contacted you from an impactespn.com address and a yahoo address...

Which e-mail adress did you send your e-mails at ? I double checked our two major e-mails and couldn't find a missing e-mail or any question from you related to your license.
