A lot of money

I am thinking about buying this. However, it is alot of money. I am running a non-profit forum and need to watch every penny.

The questions I have are as follows:

• If I cannot get this installed on my site, is there ample help for me to get?
• If for some reason it flat out will not work, can I get my money back.

I already know the value of the the software. I am more concerned about spending money wisely and protecting my investment.

vBSEO installation is pretty easy. You'll just upload the packages and import a product file. Thats all. However if you still need help you can always create a support ticket and ask assistance with the problems you may face.

vBSEO has a refund only if somehow it cannot work correctly on your server.

Will this support ticket constitute and installation from you and cost me more money?

That was the only guarantee I was asking for.

Since I can barely afford the $149, paying for the installation is way out of my price range.

If you installed vBulletin itself, then you should find vBSEO's installation very easy.
vBSEO 3.1.0 Readme File

If you run into any trouble during the install, you can ask questions via our forums or a ticket and staff will be able to help pinpoint your error.

Unless you encounter any unexpected errors, you should be able to install successfully on your own.

Yes, but we're also going to be releasing the compatibility update, vBSEO 3.2.0 GOLD within the new few days. You might want to delay your install until this is released so you only have to complete the install 1 time.

i dont recommend getting vbseo to install, if you lack the funds, its pretty basic, they do have a step by step installtion guide aswell. plus plently of us round the forum to help with your questions and queries
