Looking to buy asap

I'm running vb4 and i see there are a lot of features of vbseo not available for vb4 but are for vb3.

Delete, completely mis-read the features page haha thought there was difference between 3.5 and 4 but it's vbseo and vb 4 lol

I'm currently running VB 4.0.5 with its standard seo features, and am getting not much traffic in regards to people posting threads and replies.

How will VBSEO help me with that if i purchase it? I saw on the main page that it gets more people, but how may i ask, as i already get most traffic from search engines as it is.

No tool can ever replace conent. If it's simply not there, people will back-click and find it elsewhere.

Also as you are aware vb 4.1 is on the horizon for the next month or so which will include things like

url mapping (cms in root etc.) etc...

Do you know if vbseo will be adding any more features encase vbulletin include some of the vbseo features already?

vb continues to copy what we've done and execute it poorly. It's your choice, but I would advise you to use either vbseo, or generic vb dynmiac urls.

One more thing really, when i've got the license, is it easy enough to set everything up or is it trail and error to see what works for you?

Our product ships with 7 presets, and options to customize all of them. We recommend using one of our presets as at least a base setting group, and tweaking from there as you desire. Neither has proven to be a better seo set up than an other.

One other question, i'm currently using wordpress where the posts/articles are in categories and i want to keep that the same as i merge the posts over to the vbcms, so will i be able to use exactly the same structure?

No, you will be required to add ID's to your urls to avoid conflicts. But, you can set up redirects from your content to your new location easily in our Custom Redirect feature.

What do you mean add id's?

So i can't have the links like i want?

It's just so when people go on a link from google it goes to the page on the new cms so there is no loss of search engine rankings.

Brian mean adding id that's the number of article or thread in your database so if you have 2 or more threads with the same name without id in URLs you will get a problems and conflict on your forum so we recommended to include id to avoid any URL conflicts
