a little help

i purchased upgrade installs for 2 of my forums yesturday. i cannot get an answer on when the second upgrades will be completed. 2 of my 3 forums have been hacked and i do not want this one to be hacked also. 2 of three have been updated and have one left that needs to be. should i disable vbseo till upgrade is complete. sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot but i cannot get anyone to answer my ticket. i talked to someone on phone and they said they will get a message to the installer that probably was in bed. this order was made early yesturday morning and should be done by now or at least an update on what is going on. i am not happy at all about the lack of comunication,. thank you

I am deeply sorry about the delay but login is still not working for me. I asked another staff member to complete the installation.

mert i quess who ever you asked to do the upgrade is to busy to do it. i am really disapointed. it would take them 2 seconds to let me know what is going on. i ask again.

a couple more hours and still no response. this is unbelievable. since i cannot get a simple answer i disabled vbseo for now

I am really sorry for the delay, I am currently on Pacific Time as was stranded by the Ash Cloud over Europe for this reason when Mert reassigned this back to me and asked me to complete the installation it was the middle of the night. I have now completed it and have also updated the ticket for you.

Again please accept my deepest apologise for the extended delay, it is not normally how we operate.
