Okay...I have changed my site to a good server now, from your recommendation and it it running like a top!! Despite a few bugs, in the moving process, I am good to go on a good server and it feels good and the site is a lot faster! Thanks Joe!

I have also just upgraded the site to the just release Beta 6 and all is well so here is my question:

I would like to install the vbSEO now but when I install it, will I have to keep upgrading the vbSEO if VB has more Beta or RC1,2 etc. come out until it reaches Gold?

I looked in the zip and I didn't see an install doc but do you basically just upload the files and then Import the XML and then let er rip for VB Beta 6??

I am aware of settings that may need tweaked, but do you fire it up first?

I was planning on putting a sitemap hack in but does the vbSEO sitemap work hand in hand? is this a good idea to install as well while I am at it?
