Welcome!
Orders have to be manually approved. I think the guaranteed turn around time is 12 hours, but it's usually MUCH less than that. (usually within an hour or two) Someone will be in touch soon.
Oh, okay. However it would help if you would state this on the order form or check out form.Originally Posted by ConqSoft

Thanks for the suggestion.
I agree. I got an email that says - send me a PM.Originally Posted by treasureman

Is this a reason for delay? Should I have signed up on the forums *before* ordering?
An order form with unassumed info in bright colors might make it easier on us newest end users.
Thanks for your ear...![]()
Hi vauge,
We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on better order fulfillment system now, but we understand your frustration.

Thanks for your reply. I received my download instructions shortly after posting.
Now please give me access to posting in the other forums. I can read them but can not post in them.
You're showing as a vBSEO Owner. You're still unable to post?
I am unable to post in the General forum it just times out. I have tried it 8 or 10 times today.
I can post in this forum with no problem.
This is a bug in 2.4.5 related to the new external link title retrieval feature. It has been fixed in the next build.
Alternatively, enter your outbound links within "comment" tags and un-check automatically parse links in text when submitting your message.
Cheers.
