JUST Got forum up

Forum is up like 2 minutes ago, should i start creating forums/sections and what no THEN get vbseo, or should i get vbseo first?

Well, if you plan to vBSEO-enable, you should have it installed before you start promoting the site and building any links. You want to make sure that when the first search engine bots arrive, they'll be finding the SEO-ed links, not the old format.

But I wouldn't publicize your forum until you've completed the set-up, including all forums.

Remember when you come up with your forum names and descriptions to do a little keyword research to find out where you are likely to harness traffic, and modify them accordingly.
