install VBseo before or after importing PHPBB forum?

I have a PHPBB forum with 28,000 members and 45k posts. It's been neglected and usually only has 1-15 concurrent members logged in at a time now. Anyway I have big plans to bring it back to life and a question...

Once Vbulletin 4.0 suite becomes available I plan on doing a clean install of 4.0 suite on a new server. I also plan on installing VBseo. I will be importing my PHPBB forum over to the 4.0 suite.

Should I install VB 4.0 and then import my PHPBB and then install VBseo, or should I install both VB and VBSEO before importing PHPBB? I plan on buying both as soon as they become available so I will likely have already purchased both before I start the install process anyway, so that is not an issue.

Does it matter if what order I do this? I have never used vbulletin before (as an admin) so I have never done the import process before either.

When you import your current data to vBulletin, most of your id's will change. That's why you should use our Impex 404 redirect tool to avoid losing your current indexed urls. You can check details within 404 / 301 Tool After Import Redirect on ImpEx imported forums
