I got VBSEO installed in one of my sites a year or so ago.

I would like to transfer the installation to another site, but the only thing i have is the login details to this forum.

Could you please advice, how i could retrieve my VBSEO details and get it installed on my new site.

VBSEO was installed by your support team to either www.bahraincities.com or www.samabh.net, i still am not sure which one.

Help me out Gentlemen>?

It is on samabh.net. You will need to renew your license before it becomes eligible for transfer. You can renew by clicking renew on www.vbseo.com/downloads

Can you clear how do you claim i havent paid, what sort of recipt i have recieved, its been 3 hours & your support team claims i havent renwed my license:

How come you didnt recieve the payment & i then recieve an email from you claiming:

Noone is claiming you didn't paid anything , for all these time we are asking you to supply us your Payment transaction id.

Additionally your ticket has been opened 2 hours 3 minutes ago and already has over 10 responses which clearly shows that your tickets are responded very quick even today is a weekend day. We are sorry but you are not our only customer who is awaiting assistance and tickets are answered in order. You have to be patient on ticket responses especially on weekends.

WHERE can i get the transaction ID, this is the only email i recieved after payment?
