    Importing threads with ImPex

I have a question. Let's say I have a site www.mysite.com on server 1 and the site has vBulletin installed. On server 2 I have www.mysite.com that is under development (it will replace www.mysite.com on server 1 once it finished by changing the DNS).

I don't want to lose the threads from mysite.com server 1 so I will import them with vBulletin's ImPex to mysite.com on server 2.

My question is, will the imported threads be recognised and processed by vbSEO?

Yes, but if any of those old threads are indexed/linked to from other sites, those links will no longer work since the threadid's are changed during an impex import.

As u explained, you will still have the same site structure. Are you upgrading your board or transfering it? In that case you dont need o ImpEx
