    Thumbs up I'm new and advice needed.

    I,ve just purchased vbulletin forum software and installed it. My website was completed a couple of days ago and I've paid an seo company for thier services and I'm waiting for the results. I might be interested in your software but I've read a lot of posts here and I'm happy I found this site.
    1) How are you guys able to tell if there are spiders on your site?
    2)How are some of you guys able to tell how many bots are on your site and when they visit.
    I'm not thick so forgive me if this questions sound stupid. My site is less than a week old so I'm happy I found you guys at the early stage.

    Tolu,

    The answer to both of your questions is: vBSEO and vBSEO Sitemap. They track all bot activity and allow you to view detailed reports on which bots are visiting which parts of your site.

    Here's a screenshot of one of the reports from my site:

    Clicking "View Details" on the report shows even more details about which pages and which bots were present on that date.

    there are also a couple of hacks available at vb.org that shows when spiders are online and what pages they've spidered;
