I'm strongly considering buying VBSEO Strickly to improve the relevance of my adsense ads thereby hopefully increasing my adsense revenue.

how much will it improve the relevance of the ads?
have you all seen dramatic increases of adsense revenue due to the use of VBSEO?

The AdSense feature we have works with Google AdSense tags to specify which parts of a page contain relevant information.

Therefore, with this in place you should begin to see the ads that are run on your site get more accurate.

However, many of our customers report that there are other significant factors in boosting AdSense revenue. Two main factors, in addition to the relevancy, seem to be:

1. Getting the positioning right
2. Making changes

Different positions of the AdWords yield better results. The color and how it blends or doesn't blend with the site also comes into play. AmyKhar and T2DMan are two of our members who might be able to give you some insights. Amy has some very interesting placement for her ads and T2DMan recently reported success with using navbar style AdSense ads.

Changes to positioning, colors, etc. also seems to help. Some users report that their AdSense earnings are boosted immediately after a change and then begin to level off. This is most likely because your active members get accustomed to the ad placement and start to ignore them. Once you introduce a change to the site, it catches their attention. Then, if they see something interesting to them, they might clickthrough.

I'm sure that some of forum gurus that lurk here can give you more information.

Remember, the more traffic you have, the more ad revenue you will earn. So vBSEO is a step in the right direction for many factors including (but certainly not limited to) our AdSense relevancy feature!

Thanks for getting back with me Joe. I've been using adsense for years now on my forum and have had varied success with it.

For the most part, i've probably had a 40% relevancy with my ads (well probably more like 25%-30%. But when I go to sites a lot of times, the google ads are tempting to click, and if they're relvant, its a definite clickthrough.

I think you may have just sold me.
