If the system is suitable to big boards ?

I am have a VB forums with about 70,000 users, about 850,000 posts, about 13,000 different users per day.

If vBseo suitable for me?
Or
that it's very heavy and not suitable for big boards?

when do you see such forum Psicofxp.com no doubt it runs fine, search some sections around, there is lots of bigboard runners here and nice feedbacks
