i just purchased VBseo / received no email

however i havent received an email and i have put in a support ticket still nothing ? any clue as to what i do, cause im trying to install this , tonight .. can anyone help

sorry 1 more question I have received the gravity insights email to my xaogxzeus gmail account with a use n pass but when itry to log in , it wont let me neither does it send me a reset password cause it doesnt know my email . im i crazy , or do i actually have to register there ? but if why would they send me a user n pass that doesnt work ?
