You have only had vBSEO installed for about a month. That's too short of a time to expect any major results.

Google hasn't updated toolbar PR in almost 6 months other than to manually drop link selling sites. vBSEO or any other tool can't help you there. PR comes from back links anyway. Write good content that people will link to and someday you will have better Page Rank.
