I have installed but i have couple problems?

I have installed it but i have got couple problems, first problem is; i have got more than one forums called same name, and it forwards to the only one forum, example:

• Forum 1 (UK)
  • Sub Forum 1 (pictures)
  • Sub Forum 2 (Videos)
  • Sub Forum 3 (Music)
• Forum 2 (Turkey)
  • Sub Forum 4 (pictures)
  • Sub Forum 5 (pitures)
  • Sub Forum 6 (Music)

.
.

I have got about 10 forum like this, the problem is vhen they visit the example; pictures in forum 2 it takes to the forum 1 pictures. Because links are like: http://www.sitename.com/forum/pictures/ all pictures forums are having same url, it makes a problems..

I know we can change it from control panel, but i want some thing like this: http://www.sitename.com/forum/mainforumname/subforum/
http://www.sitename.com/forum/UK/Pictures/
http://www.sitename.com/forum/Turkey/Pictures/

OR

http://www.sitename.com/forum/fourmID+forumname/
http://www.sitename.com/forum/f1_Pictures/
http://www.sitename.com/forum/f4_Pictures/

Mainly i have bought this script because it give names to the links which is good for the google...


The second problem is Admins are lost the some forum permissions, ther is only delete option in the posts+threads there is no move or close... etc. options??

You will need to either change the forum names, or modify your forum URL format to include the forum ID. You would need to change Forum URL Format and Forum Index Page URL Format to the "Custom" option and enter the URL format with the name and the ID, like this:

[forum_title]-[forum_id]/

For the forum permissions, you may have another hack installed that has invalid bitfields configured. Try forcing a rebuild of your bitfields: http://yourforumurl/admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields

I have not installed any hack, it is happened with vBSEO, but it is OK now thank you...

In the URL Rewrite section you have to click the + to expand so that you can customize.

I had Turkish charcter problem on the url, tryed to change it, the moderator has explained on this link: http://www.vbseo.com/f119/urllerde-t...ldiririm-9115/

But now i am getting error to enter the vSEOcp it gives below error:

It gives url's like this: http://www.mysitename.com/forum/VBSEO_URL_FORUM

Are you running vBSEO 3.0.0 Gold? There were issues with upper/lowercase filenames in earlier releases of the RC versions. Try downloading the latest version and upload the new files.

As a quick fix, you should be able to manually edit your config_vbseo.php file and change the control panel language back to english.

Control panel language is english :(

OK i have fixed

For now, I would un-do the changes you made. You may have just made a typo or something during those changes, which caused the problem.
