Actually, you should just go to your license list on the Downloads page, and click Renew beside your license. Then it should have the correct forum URL filled in for you.

But you are not showing as a vBSEO owner, so you will not have access to the Downloads page. Please PM me your forum URL so that we can update our records.

Renewal is $35 per license.

There is no discount for the 2nd license. Bulk discounts start on your 3rd license.

It is not mandatory to renew your license, although it gives you access to the support system if you ever encounter any troubles and allows you to download the latest versions.
