How long?

I purchased VBseo 3 hours ago and hadn't heard anything.
I figured I would have heard from you by now.

I looked on the website and didn't see any info on how long it normally takes.

Okay, I read the post.

• Your forum URL
  I submit this when I ordered the Vbseo, but the URL I submit was to my index page (content.php) which I guess technically is not my 'forum' url. Please just add /forum if you need for it to go the the forum URL. I know I had URL to my site filled out on the order form because was included because this was listed on my Paypal receipt
• When we receive new orders that require additional info, we email you asking for this information.
  I never received an email asking for more information
• Unfortunately, these emails sometimes get lost in your spam filters.
  I do not have a spam filter. I use Outlook and all emails come in my Inbox or Junk box and an email from crawlability.com was in neither
  
• Your order #

When someone order something, isn't the 'seller' supposed to receive the info?
Is it lost?

I placed the order 5 hours ago
You have my money
You have my website URL
You have my forum URL
You have my full name which I put in the submit form
I have my full name on this forum in my profile (I thought this was for VBseo internal only)
You do not have my order number because I did not get one.

I've read the post that I was sent to, and you have all that info. I did not receive any email

Can you please let me know what else you could possibly need?

I've spent alot of time reading on the VBseo.
I've got 4800 pages on the Google Webmaster, and they haven't gotten indexed for a while now. So hopefully this speeds up the process and makes everything move along faster and smoother.
Plus the vb seo 4.0 'bug' drove me nuts. I still don't think it's right. I had to make a change in the class_sitemap on the 4.01 just to get Google to accept...so
