About LinkBacksI have sent the money through paypal on August 15 but I am not getting the option to download in my account.
I got an email saying there was trouble with the order and gave me a link for $10 off. Well I already paid as paypal is showing payment and do not want to order again. I got another automated email saying to report the issue to sales@crawlability.com. Which i did and so far the only response i got was...

Which i am stil not getting the ability to download it.. it says

I responded back to sales@crawlability and sent an email through the support section on this site and have not heard a response yet.
What can I do to download the product i paid for?

ok.. i didn't report it to support yet which i just did. hopefully that will help instead of sales@crawlability like the email instructed me to.
