How do you replace forum links to names of Topic like VBSEO forum ???

I have a vbseo but not know !!!
How do you replace forum links to names of Topic link VBSEO forum ???

example:

example.com/forum/f1.html

replace to

example.com/forum/about-example.html

same like vbseo
example:

vbseo.com /f10/file-including-27089/
