How do I get the software??

Am I supposed to get your software in an email? I paid for this with paypal and have not received anything from you.

Also, your live chat doesn't work, and a phone call just gets thru to voicemail.

Hello, an email is always sent for new orders. Check your spam filters.
However, no software is emailed. Everything you need is in the http://www.vbseo.com/downloads/ section of the site.

I downloaded vBSEO 3.6.0 RC 2 and I can't get the license key.

I uploaded everything correctly, and chnmoded the xml file to 666

But your read me file in the download says to go to this for the license key

and when I did that I got this error:
The requested URL /vB-root/vbseocp.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

vbseo hasn't been encoded for a long time. Please re-do the FTP process again, with over-write and make sure the dates are correct on your filesystem for the new files as it sounds like its still trying to load an old version. You may need to clear out any cache systems you may run (xcache, etc)

"vb-root" in your case is /forum/. It is not meant to be taken literally

I gave up and placed an order a few hours ago to have the latest version installed. I deleted the old version from my site. I have not gotten an email acknowledging this order. Shouldn't I get an email requesting my ftp info, and how long does it take for Crawlability to do this installation?

It seems you are not getting any emails from us. Make sure your email on file is accurate in your UserCP and in your Customer Profile sub-section of the UserCP.
