How do I get a reply from Customer Service?

I purchased VBSEO on Thursday last week, and have had no product links, registration details, licensing details etc. Absolutely zilch. Only correspondence was a confirmation of payment from 2co.com. No emails from vbseo.

I sent 3 emails to "contact us" which they kindly notified me had been deleted because I wasn't a member of the forum - why should this matter, i've bought and paid for the product you should answer my emails because of this.

I registered with the forum, sent a 4th email yesterday afternoon, 24hrs later I have still had no communications. with Attached receipt from 2co as that is the only communication that i have had so far.

So, what do I have to do to get my product that i've paid for?
Some instructions, an email, a reply would be appreciated.

I just checked our logs and we have received only one e-mail from you which is also automatically turned into a support ticket with reference id : 3419-EADB-2440 . After your ticket was created Michael Biddle and me responded your ticket and my response :

Your username was missing within your order and our records show that we sent you reminder two times on how to complete your order. First e-mail was sent on 009-07-30 06:24 second e-mail was sent on 2009-07-30 15:15

I am sorry that you received no response from us however as i mentioned above we responded all the incoming communications we had and also we sent reminders to complete your order. As vBSEO licenses are tied to vBSEO.com username we needed you to contact us for your missing username and once we receive information your order has been asigned to your username within 5 minutes of original ticket creation date. The only problem i can think of is that our e-mails can be delivered to your Spam Folder. Can you please kindly check your Spam folder to see if our e-mails were delivered to Spam folder or not.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I am not sure what has happened to those emails, but the email account I used on sign up has no spam filter, specifically so that I know that emails such as this can't get filtered out.

Anyway, it's good to get it resolved, and now we can make progress.
