How to change the forum when renewing the license?

I want to renew my vbseo license, but I want to install it on another forum, not the one I used to (because it doesn't exist anymore). I couldn't find any option to change the forum url, how can I do this?

Hello, replied to your ticket.

license transfers are done via ticket by the staff.... you cannot change them yourself.
