hi.
this isnt' presales -- as i already bought.
I can't go to the support area, but license expired.
I did buy/ renew the license but it will not renew.
i've sent 2 pms and 1 email to support, sales and joe.

all that happen on friday night.
its now monday night and this is my post.

i'm 99% sure i fell through the cracks...
but how big is the crack?
