HELP: Current Customer and I Can't Log In!

I've reset my cookies and i'm unable to log into the forums. I've sent a help request via the contact us on the forums and received a reply that my e-mail is not in the database so if required I need to use the support system, but I can't use the support system as I need to buy vBSEO first it states.......?

I've got licenses for burnleyweb.com, motoringpro.com, radioscanning.co.uk, nhmess.com and another for a site that is now closed, workhell.co.uk I think it was.

Please can I have some assistance from vBSEO staff, obviously my e-mail address I registered with has changed and i'm not sure which mail it was I used.

Payments via paypal would have been made from a burnleyweb.com mail address.

Can someone delete the NealP account so I can change my mail address to the one I used to register the above.
