| Hi Forum I have been patiently looking around the Internet for a good forum to add to my website and do like the look of this software but : 1. I have seen nothing positive written on this current Pre Sales Questions page. Only people complaining about an apparent bad service being offered, which is a bit worrying !!! 2. I registered and signed up to look at the Demo offered. It was in some language that might have been German I think, so that was a total waste of time as I only speak English. Nowhere did it ask me my language choice while signing up. 3. I am very novice to this sort of thing. 'IF' I do decide to go ahead and make a purchase, how simple is everything to setup to ensure I have a good operating forum complete with different categories, a heading, logos, etc etc, or do I have to have to have a lot of pc knowledge, experience and patience. 4. Do you offer a service to set up my forum in total for me on my website, exactly as I would want it and if so what is the cost of this service? Your comments and assistance would be gratefully appreciated. Many thanks Tony |
