There is a readme in the distribution, which I followed to upgrade mine.

Follow it to the letter, and you cannot go wrong.

Its in the docs (do not upload) folder.

Save your current xml files (in the vbseo control panel). You shouldn't need them, but have them just in case.

upload all the new files, rewriting any current files.

upload the product, allow overwrite

go to yoru vbseo control panel and add your password

I uploaded the files and now I can't login to vbulletin I can't even see my forum all pages are blank what now

did you use binary mode? the vbseo files are encrypted, and are thus binary type, not ascii.

i can't access anything on your site (not even the root domain).

http://forums.squek.com/vbseocp.php gives me an error as well, which says to me it wasn't uploaded in binary mode, or the transfer to the file somehow got corrupted.

I recommend Filezilla or LeechFTP and try to re-upload everything from scratch, overwriting everything in binary mode.
