Because I don't have access to new orders, nor am I authorized to make the final determination on the site content being acceptable or not.

too bad,you two are always here answering queries and helping people.
things would be much better if you had access to new orders etc.

An alternative to make the wait shorter woud be to automate the download access, and then place each site in an approval queue to be checked by a staff member.

If the site doesn't meat your TOS, you'd then disable the license and downloads, and refund the money. Pretty simple, and it'd make everyone happier. Plus, less work on your part!

well, almost everyone.

I sent in my money via paypal through this site on dec 2. So far, I've not heard back from anyone, even after emailing.

So what do I do here now? I'm reading through these forums and I'm seeing a lot of steps people are taking that I haven't seen posted anywhere before purchase. who can help me and what is my next step here.
