I've saw Joe Ward's last activity about an hour ago. Didn't he read my PM exactly?<br>

Processing of new orders can take 12-24 hours, but is usually much less than that. As long as your payment was successful and you sent the info to Joe, it will be processed as soon as possible.

It's a Sunday night also, so the wait can be longer on weekends. Still should be within 24 hours though.

I faced a similar wait, but I can't complain. The quality of vBSEO is excellent and a few hours can't change that...

Regardless, I'm sure many clients would be happier if download-access were instant, like with several other scripts.

Orders have to be manually processed because a human has to check the site to make sure it meets the vBSEO License Agreement.

Only the Sales team can process orders, so unfortunately we (Support Team) are unable to offer any assistance. Orders are processed as soon as possible, but there must be some other reason for the delay.

I have paid by verified Paypal. If they need further verification, i could do it any possible. But please do not delay customer's activation without any notification into my email or PM if they have any problem. We can provide you if anything if you need clarification. You/they just silent and make customers like a ghost and invinsible. And we as customers who interested to buy product from you hanging around here after MADE A PAYMENT and got nothing even AFTER 24 HOURS which not followed by your TOS.

My point is, if you have any problem or delay, just write to us what is the exact problem because we HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT.

It's not a matter of verifying the payment, it's a matter of verifying the site where vBSEO will be installed. It has to be checked to make sure it meets the vBSEO License Agreement.
