Just a quick question.

If I buy version 2.4.0 of VBSEO now does that mean I will get a free upgrade to Version 3.0 when it comes out this month?

Yes, you will be able to get free upgrades for one year, then pay a small renewal fee for each year that you would like to download updates after that. (Similar to the vBulletin structure.)
