I got a few questions:

#1.
why is the forum-name not included in the rewrite?
why is it made just f<id> instead of the name?
No such feature ??

#2.
Apart from vbseo, can we also get the theme used in this very forum , and a basic howto of how the About this page and the Message from the president is done in the side

#1 - You can choose how you want it exactly...this site chose the f<id> way, but most go for the forum name. (Default is forum name, btw).

Dunno about #2.

All url's are totally customizable and users choose how to go. The main settings with the installation comes in 2 ways. One default which have forum name and the second one is vBSEO settings. The settings that vBSEO is using but however you can customize any of them.

Once vBSEO 3.0.0 Gold will be release the style vBSEO is using will also be released.
