Yesterday I purchased an upgrade for my vbSeo licence. I paid and received the message that if I would not receive the script by e-mail within 30 minutes I should contact Joe Ward by private message.

After an hour there was only the e-mail with the confirmation from paypal. Then I sent a private message to Joe Ward. After another three hours I thought he could be away, so I sent a message over the contact form on this site here.

Then I received an ERROR message saying that support requests are not beeing answered via contact form and that I need to go to the support area of this site here.

However, as soon I try to access this area it says that I need to upgrade in order to access the support forms.

I have been a customer with vbSeo for almost two years now and I've been happy with the product. Nevertheless this upgrading process is somewhat irritating.

Dear vbSeo could you please send me the scripts I purchased.

As you can read from the PM you received the upgrade process is handled within Support Ticket system. In order to reach priority support system users must have an active license. Without an active license you'll not be able to get 3.1.0 also. Thats why you shall renew your license.

I certainly do have an active license! It's just for vbSeo 3.0!

I bought and paid the script. I don't understand why this is low priority.

You can use your license lifetime but in order to receive top priority support and install new versions you must renew your license. You can renew your license from Renew License link within Downloads Page

just for public information: I have purchased the new license and paid $149 but have not received any confirmation from crawlability. That's what's irritating.

As i explained within PM you just need to order a renewal fee which cost 35$. 149$ is the price tag for a new license. Please provide me the information i asked within Private Message so i can check deeply.

Unfortunately, until now I have not received any feedback what hapened with my order. Furthermore, I cannot find the option to buy the upgrade version for $35.

I've paid $149 20 hours ago.. and not one official message from vbSeo!

By the way.. I tried to call them.. and besides an automated lady asking to leave a message comes nothing.

It appears that you did submit an order for a new vBSEO license. When this happens, it gets flagged by our system as a likely error.

Thanks.. I just get a bad feeling when I pay $149 over the internet and I don't receive any kind of confirmation.

By the way.. it is hard to find the link for the renewal.. when I clicked on "upgrade" I was directed to the site where I only could buy the full license.

Typically, you would have received immediately notification. However, the system flagged it as an error, since you were already licensed. Apologies.

Note: The 'Renew' link is located in the downloads area in your licensed list. However, we will work on making it more readily available, since many users have difficultly locating it.
