Yesterday I purchased an upgrade for my vbSeo licence. I paid and received the message that if I would not receive the script by e-mail within 30 minutes I should contact Joe Ward by private message.
After an hour there was only the e-mail with the confirmation from paypal. Then I sent a private message to Joe Ward. After another three hours I thought he could be away, so I sent a message over the contact form on this site here.
Then I received an ERROR message saying that support requests are not beeing answered via contact form and that I need to go to the support area of this site here.
However, as soon I try to access this area it says that I need to upgrade in order to access the support forms.
I have been a customer with vbSeo for almost two years now and I've been happy with the product. Nevertheless this upgrading process is somewhat irritating.
Dear vbSeo could you please send me the scripts I purchased.
