expired license, paypaled payment, how long till back up?

    Hi,

My license expired, which I assume is why my rewrites were not working today.

I paid the license fee, through paypal, and see the change in my account here as active license, however, my rewrites are still not working. Is there anything else I need to do?

    Thanks
    Kim

your license doesn't stop working... you simply can't get updates/support after it is expired.

Looks like you might have a technical issue on your server.

Are you on a shared host? They might have moved your site without you knowing.
is your htaccess file in place?
    product is active?

    Brian,

Thanks for your help. We are on a dedicated server, not shared. My product is active.

Is there someone I can have look at my site?

Since you renewed, you can always put a ticket in

If your on a dedicated box and it suddenly stopped working, either
    A) some files got over-written/removed/etc or
    B) a server change or re-complie of apache without mod_write, or a new home/path/directory setting was put in place, and may require a change to config_vbseo.php for Custom Doc Root setting

    Brian,

I have a ticket in now. Have not gotten a reply. I wish there was a way to get a ticket answered faster.

I sent your suggestions to my IT guy.

    Thanks for all your help!
