    Existing customer, renew or purchase new?

    I purchased VBSeo in 11-2006. I never got it fully installed and operating. I have recently made upgrades to my site (VB 3.7), and want to try again with VBSeo 3.1. My license is EXPIRED. Do I need to renew for $35 to upgrade, or do I need to re-purchase for $149?
