Exact url

I was just about to buy vbseo when I noticed that the form it requires me to fill before I can order, it asks for the url where the script will be installed say mine is www.mysite.com does that mean the script wont work on any other url? because my site is on mysite.com but since it is undergoing redevelopment I am developing a 3.6 version of my site on my personal domain nauman.info so if for testing purposes I install the script on nauman.info will it still work on mysite.com?

The license is provided for 1 URL. However, you can request a change of domains if you choose to do that. You can also have us set-up a test domain during development.
