Error on test-system (functions_vbseo.php on line 4681)

I've tested your vbSOE v.3.0.0 on my system and i have trouble.

If i post a big message in a new thread (about 2500 cyrilic symbols with BB codes) - Vbulletin is "loading" for a long time and then shows this error:
functions_vbseo.php on line 4681
This error is shown always, from all browsers.

What's the trouble? tnx.


P.S. Problem with function (enable on default) - Automatically retrieve titles from external links.
If i disable this function befor posting a message - the thread is created successfully.
In my message there are links of dinamical type (with "?").
