| Duplicate content - #post and -print
I am loving the idea behind VBSEO but I still see some duplicate content problems that has me hesitant. For instance I am seeing 3 indexed copies of the same post. One is the original correct static url. Another is the same post but with the post # (e.g. #post11) appended, and another is a url with "-print" appended at the end. All of these are indexed and are causing duplicate content issues from what I can tell. Are there any work arounds for this? |

Jay, The # anchor entry isn't an issue as far as I know. The spiders should ignore the anchor. For the printable versions, there is an option to add rel="nofollow" to Print Thread urls; or do like I do and disable rewriting of Print Thread, and add printthread.php to your robots.txt exclusion.
