Do I need both vbSEO and vbSEO-sitemaps plugins?

After I convert my forum to vBulletin, I will be buying the vbSEO plug-in. Seems like a nobrainer and the reviews are positive.

Here is my question: Does the vbSEO sitemaps capability COME INSIDE the pay vbSEO Plugin ? Or must I install both plugins at the same time to get 100% of the capability?
