I purchased by paypal one hour ago but could not get any mail from you for downloading vbseo.
before purchasing, while I filling url part, I wrote my domain which I used vbseo. but my domain is not active at the moment, it will be open after 1 week. Is it problem ? That's why I could not get downloading info mail ?

You should open a new ticket with your transcationid, payment email address, and forum URL. PMing someone will only let them see that information, and us others cannot help.

I am already running vbseo 3.3.2 and wanted to upgrade to the latest version, i have paid $35 to renew my account but still i cant download latest vbseo. why is that ??????
please assist me in this regard.

It seems that the renewal was not automatically processed, as the first post of this thread states please PM me with your transaction ID/order number from paypal/2checkout so that I can process it manually for you.

We paid online 27 hours ago. Have received no email.
(possibly because acct email address was wrong - now fixed)
Since then, twice sent messages as this forum message suggests. No reply (I'm not familiar with PM)
Could someone please reply (either by email, PM, or via this forum) so that we can access our purchase.

Thats good to know, but we still need the long licence key. (which has to be entered via: vBulletin admincp / vbSEO / Control Panel / Your vBSEO License Key)
We are urgently migrating to new hoster, & are setting up this test site as part of that. Hence are continuing (for now) with v3.2.0

Could you please advise on:
1) From your site, I see I have a choice of vbSEO versions to download. I assume that once I’ve downloaded one version my purchase is ‘used up’ , and I cannot download another. Is that correct ?
2) Do I need to download a version to get the key ?
3) If not - how do I get the key? I’ve not received any emails or PM from crawlability
4) You may be able to comment on this (vBulletin say its nothing to do with them) : Do you know how we set the environment variable HTTP_HOST as used by apache/php. It’s listed in our /vBulleting admincp / Maintenance / View php data but I can find no config file which contains variables like this. (Not urgent - we can override in functions.php, but we’d like to know how to do it properly).
