    I ordered vbseo along with installation. I received the download e-mail. I e-mailed them twice over the past 48 hours+ to find out what they need to complete my installation. No response.

    I tried to complete a trouble ticket, but it says I need to order first. I also have a warning saying my license has expired for the order that I placed this week.

    Can someone from vbseo please contact me?

    Edit: I see my license was issued and approved for the wrong forums on my site, but how do I fix without access to the trouble tickets.

    I made an unusual mistake when i ordered vbseo. I listed my old forums, which I maintain a link on my site, as the forums for the new vbseo software instead of my new vbulletin forum with the latest vbulletin download.

    Because of that mistake your trouble ticket system will not allow me to open a trouble ticket until I upgrade my old forum.
    The old forum is not relevant. Someone needs to help me fix the order because I cannot submit a trouble ticket. I receive a expired warning.
