Hi

I have just purched vbseo, and in my downloads there is a few different files, do i just install the vBSEO 3.1.0 GOLD then the Style Version: 1.0? is there a order u have to install things?

The style is optional. If you decide to install that, then you're site will look similar to our forum.

However, you can install them in either order. I do recommend you start by getting your vBSEO plugin installation completed first.

the license key is obtained by vBSEO automatically, check your vbseocp.

Dear Support,

on friday i bought a new vbseo license for our forum Elektrikforen - Forum Elektrotechnik - Elektronik Forum - Powered by vBulletin

As an addon i bought the branding removal option.

When i finished payment an got your message that my Paypal payment has arrived i tried to get my download. This does not work. I can´t even enter the Support forum. My control panel still says "you have 1 license expired". Maybe i made a mistake i should have renewed the license instead of bying a new one.

I really need my download now, but did not get an answer on my PM to Joe Ward.

Please assist me to get my download.
