I have a question here for anyone who cares respond.

1. I downloaded vbSEO for 149.00 on OCt. 31st.

2. I did as sated and sent my forum URL and order # .

3. I received an email with a download link.

Here is the problem: the download link does not provide access - which I currently lack. Directly below the link its says "Buy vbSEO." Its been 3 days now, and I am growing frustrated with the silence.

What now?

Were you logged in when you purchased, or did you happen to be logged in with another account? Your user account is usually included with the order if you are logged in; that's how the purchase can be associated with you.

In your case, since there was some problem, please send a PM to Joe Ward with the information requested in the first post of this thread and he'll get you set up ASAP.

Thanks Keith. Will do. The problem may have come from not being logged in when I made my purchase. My info is on the way. Thanks again.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I already PMed Joe and this is the result. Should I go back to him a second time? I'm just a little frustrated.

It looks like the license was assigned to another username you had created, blkatt10. I've moved the license to your blkatt account, so you should be all set.

i paid with paypay and have not recieved the "script" yet

As far as I know, all orders are processed manually so it can't take an hour or two.

Didn't take long for mine to be processed. Less than an hour in fact.

I already contacted Keith about this. It still shows that my license is expired. :(

is the license key emailed? cause i dont know where to look for it and i want to have that before i upload to my site. thanks for the fast response
