I ordered vbseo along with installation. I received the download e-mail. I e-mailed them twice over the past 48 hours+ to find out what they need to complete my installation. No response. I tried to complete a trouble ticket, but it says I need to order first. I also have a warning saying my license has expired for the order that I placed this week. Can someone from vbseo please contact me? Edit: I see my license was issued and approved for the wrong forums on my site, but how do I fix without access to the trouble tickets. |
