Completely Uninstallation

Hello!

I want to buy a license to vBSEO, but I want to know one thing about uninstalling vBSEO.
I'm a developer and I have a customer that uses vBSEO 3.5 RC2 + vBulletin 4 - and I tried to delete the plug-in by the plug-ins manager & selected the completely uninstallation from Database.

but after I installed it again it's seems that the all of old settings are saved(even I definitely selected the complete uninstallation) - I just want to know if there is way to absolutely uninstallation if I will want to uninstall vBSEO in the future?
