Changed phpbb to vbulletin and redirected old links to the new one, will installing vbseo destroy this?

I bought a phpbb forum , that I migrated to a vbulletin forum a couple of days ago.
I hired a webagaency to redirect all of my old links so i didnt lose my position in google.

As all the old links are redirected to new vbulletin urls, will installing vbseo ruin these redirects the agancy made??

(change urls) broken redirects? that were setup before installing vbseo

I get all my traffic from google so i dont want to take a chance in losing all the good position that the old phpbb forum had and the agencys job in redirecting all the old threads etc. I am thankfull if you could give me a clear answer on this one.
