Change URL

I'm looking at buying a license now due to discount... but I don't have a forum, so if I were to place in a filler url (IE: www.mysite.com/temp/) would I be able to change the URL later without incurring any additional charges? What are the procedures about doing so?

Just ordered with a temp URL (an existing forum running with my license, but not owned by myself so I'm not likely going to apply vbseo there, but anyways...), hopefully won't be billed again later for this change.
