Can't contact sales

Hi there. We already own a vBSEO license for one of our sites, but on Friday, we purchased an extra license for vBSEO for a different site we own. We got the sales receipt from PayPal, but never got any info on where to download the new license, nor is it showing up in our account / downloads area.

I have sent an email to sales and have tried calling sales several times, but every time I call I keep getting disconnected.

Don't know where to turn for help now.
