12 days ago ,I bought vbse licence for my website.
But my server does not support zendoptimizer latest version (plesk panel) my host's admin said to me "we can not upgrade it.sorry for that"
And I can not use my vbseo now.

is it possible to give back licence.I mean could you cancel my licence and money back?

As i replied to your other thread. You need to install ioncube version. Ioncube installation is pretty easy and just need one edit inside php.ini file.
However if you want to have a refund you can create a support ticket.
