Buyed vBseo but didn´t get the license

Hi,

on 09. december I buyed a license, but I didn´t recieved anything from vbseo. On paypal I see that the transaction is completed. I send 2 mails to sales@crawlability.com but no one answered.

Can anybody please help me?

Please PM me your transaction ID (from your paypal receipt email), forum URL, and price paid so i can investigate why your license didn't get assigned to you.

I just renewed my license for one of my website and paid by paypal but on the redirect I got an error message from your site.
