Building new VB 4.0 + VBSEO forum

I have VB 3.8 + VBSEO in Hebrew (UTF8) forum and the forum URLS contain the keywords -working fine, no problem.

I'm planning new site (in Hebrew) to work with VB 4.0 + VBSEO. since the new Vbulletin 4.0 changed the URL structure and announced they wont support UTF8 in near future:

I want to know if VBSEO with the VB 4.0 can solve it so I can work with URLS that contain the keywords in Hebrew.

Yes , as vBSEO 3.3.x series did , vBSEO 3.5.0 will also support UTF 8
